Ulrich Speck

Ulrich Speck is a foreign policy analyst and advisor based in Heidelberg and Berlin. A former visiting scholar at Carnegie Europe and editor of the Global Europe Morning Brief, Speck is currently a columnist for NZZ, a Swiss, German-language daily newspaper.
