Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly backing a plan to end a $56 million federal Narcan distribution program. The initiative, run by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), has funded Narcan access for first responders.
