    The Facts

    • Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), vice chair of the House Select Committee investigating the US Capitol riots, appeared on "Meet the Press" on Sun. to offer updates.

    • She hinted that Trump faces potential criminal liability for what she called his "supreme dereliction of duty" that day.

    The Spin

    Pro-Trump narrative

Nothing is off limits for the House "Un-Select" Committee's partisan witch hunt. Fortunately, the sham will end in Nov. 2022, when Republicans will retake the House and Pelosi will lose the two lone "RINOs" serving on her fraudulent committee.

    Left narrative

67% of Americans already believe that Trump bears responsibility for the attack on the Capitol, but evidence continues to mount as the Jan. 6 Committee pursues its investigation. Cheney's reference to Trump's "supreme dereliction of duty" is not likely to be welcome news at Mar-a-Lago.
