A federal jury in DC found Guy Reffitt, a member of the Texas Three Percenters militia group, guilty on all charges on Tuesday. He was the first Jan. 6 rioter to stand trial.
Reffitt was accused of unlawfully carrying a gun on the Capitol grounds, interfering with police, and obstruction of justice.

Democratic narrative
The Jan. 6 attack against the Capital was a coup attempt by supporters of former President Trump. Those who participated in the attack are insurrectionists and must be held fully accountable for their crimes.
Pro-Trump narrative
It's absurd to persecute those who participated in the Jan. 6 protests with such ferocity. The Democrats are the real anti-Americans, demonizing patriotic citizens as "domestic terrorists."
