Judge rules Iowa Senate candidate Abby Finkenauer cannot appear on Dem primary ballot

The process of democracy has been restored. The lower court ruling was misguided and almost gave an unfair gift to the Republicans. Iowans clearly want Finkenauer on the ballot, and their voices should be heard.
A year ago, Finkenauer would have remained off the ballot without question. This ruling just shows that the previously held guidelines have been thrown by the wayside. The Republicans followed the rules; why should there be exceptions for the Democrats?
