    The Facts

    • 50K people have been ordered to evacuate in Sydney, Australia due to flooding caused by extreme rainfall that resulted in the overtopping of dams and waterways bursting from their banks. This is an increase from the 32K told to evacuate on Monday.

    • More than 100 people trapped in their homes and cars were rescued Mon. night and another 150 rescues took place on Tuesday.

    The Spin

    Left narrative

Flooding in Australia's New South Wales is the new normal. What was once considered a once-in-a-lifetime event is now happening more frequently and plaguing everyday life for Australians. Australia is prepared to fight this climate emergency with the election of the federal Labor government in May.

    Right narrative

The end of the world is not near. Climate alarmists want you to believe that the world is ending because it's big business for elitist, woke culture. We should be spending funds on things that are actually meaningful to people, not on climate initiatives for which there is little evidence.
