On Fri., a federal judge in Albany, NY dismissed a lawsuit filed by Trump that sought to halt NY Attorney General (AG) Letitia James' investigation into his business dealings.
The AG's office said they opened the investigation due to a 2019 congressional testimony by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, who said Trump inflated and then deflated values of his assets for profit.
