Is Boris Johnson out of the woods?

The UK government will introduce legislation allowing it to change or scrap retained EU laws and loosen restrictions for businesses.
This "Brexit Freedoms Bill" comes two years after the UK left the EU.
This will facilitate a smoother transition out of the EU and reinstate British legislative authority over areas including data rights, public procurement and business reporting.
Boris Johnson is trying to deflect attention from partygate and reunify a splintering Conservative party. The Bill will neither clarify the future of UK legislative processes nor offset the cost of Brexit red tape.
