The Spin

Pro-Ukraine narrative

Russia is continuing to ramp up its attacks against Ukraine's civilian population. By continuing to indiscriminately target civilians, the Kremlin is clearly violating the principles of international law and should be punished.

Pro-Russia narrative

As Russia has said time and again, it does not target civilians in its attacks on Ukraine. All attacks are targeted at military sites and related infrastructure facilities, and Moscow takes this issue seriously.
