The international community's deafening silence on the systematic persecution of Christians in eastern Congo is unconscionable. These aren't random acts of violence, but rather calculated attacks targeting Christian funeral services, church gatherings and farming communities. IS-affiliated militants are hunting down and slaughtering Christians for their faith, so it's about time for global action to defend them.
