There's no doubt that the Supreme Court has to hear this case in order to rein in the government overreach that's taking place in New Jersey, targeting faith-based organizations over their pro-life beliefs. Platkin has clearly acted with malice to attack and tarnish the reputations of pregnancy centers. The Constitution protects religious organizations and their supporters from such politically motivated harassment.
Left narrative
First Choice has refused for years to answer legitimate questions about potentially deceptive practices in reproductive healthcare. It's not hard to see how the crisis centers are meant to resemble abortion clinics. The organization seeks special treatment to avoid complying with a lawful state subpoena while the investigation remains ongoing. No industry deserves exemption from standard legal procedures.
