The U.S. government concedes that, due to failures by the Army pilots and the FAA air traffic controller, it is at fault for the crash that tragically killed 67 people on Jan. 29. However, it is not the only entity to blame as there were also failures on the part of the airlines operating the service.
The airlines do not accept any culpability for this horrific crash that sadly killed 67 people. Its pilots fully followed all the necessary rules and regulations leading up to the crash and as such, the suit against them should be dismissed.
