This deal is a major victory for American workers and manufacturing. South Korea’s massive $350 billion investment commitment will create countless jobs and revive U.S. shipbuilding, while its $100 billion energy purchase boosts America’s domestic production. The 15% tariff will also ensure fair competition and protect American industries from unfair trade practices.
