Version 7.17.1
Georgia voters deserve a system where the vote that gets counted is the one actually readable on paper, not a scrambled QR code no human can check. Known vulnerabilities sit unpatched even though the fix is certified and free, and a flaw that links voters to their ballots shreds the secret ballot. Officials who hide records and hand driver and voter data to outside groups should answer for it.
Nobody serious about election security waits until weeks before voting to demand a statewide overhaul of the machines their own party bought and ran for years. The Constitution gives states control of election administration, so begging federal lawyers to decertify equipment and set deadlines is a pretext for Washington to seize ballots. A board that distrusts clean voter rolls protects nothing but a losing hand.
