PARLACEN only produces endless letters and zero improvement in people's lives, so it's not worth the membership dues. Sovereignty means deciding when an institution has stopped delivering, and instead bringing lawmakers home to work on real national priorities. The exit was done respectfully, with full backing from the delegation.
