Calling ordinary crime a racial extermination campaign is a lie that erases the mostly Black victims dying in townships and on farms every day. Handing a wealthy minority a private lane into a refugee system largely slammed shut on people fleeing actual war is a grotesque inversion of its core humanitarian purpose. Undoing apartheid's enduring legacy of stolen wealth is justice, not discrimination.
Government-critical narrative
Farmers murdered in their homes deserve more than a lecture about statistics from officials who cannot keep anyone safe. Laws that seize land without payment and ration jobs by skin color are textbook state-sponsored discrimination, whatever soothing name gets attached to them. The refugee program is finally offering protection to people a government refuses to protect.
