As demonstrated by Russia's vicious and deliberate attack on Zaporizhzhia, it is clearly not backing down from its escalation and giving signals that it still wishes to further expand the war. With long-range sanctions, Ukraine must continue pressuring the aggressor to bring this war to an end.
