Version 7.16.0
This war has been a costly blunder that has brought nothing but wreckage. Bases across the Gulf destroyed, 18 service members dead, roughly 800 wounded and about $3.7 billion in aircraft and gear gone up in smoke. Bombing Iranian schools, homes and weddings hasn't sparked any uprising within the Islamic Republic — it's only pushing a divided country to close ranks against Washington.
It's half-measures that get troops killed, and this Iranian regime has spent nearly 50 years exporting terror while suffocating its own people. Silence in Iran's streets is not consent, it's fear, and a sustained mix of military and economic pressure is squeezing a militarized dictatorship at its weakest point. America must now finish the job, back a democratic transition chosen by Iranians and end the threat of authoritarianism for good.
