She knows the state and will get results.

Lisa Demuth's years as state House speaker show she's already delivered for Minnesotans on fraud and taxes — and can do even more as governor. After creating the Inspector General Office and adding whistleblower protections, she's prepared to go further by banning overseas welfare transfers and firing every bureaucrat responsible for wasting taxpayer money. These policies will stop attracting illegal immigrants to the state, allowing the government to lower taxes while keeping welfare programs strong for Minnesotans and Minnesotans only.
