Russia-Ukraine

As several reports claimed that Ukrainian units have changed their tactics amid a struggling counteroffensive,Russia accused Ukraine of launching a drone attack on its capital city on Tuesday - the second in less than a week.On Wednesday, Moscow conducted its own drone strike against Kyiv, targeting a grain facility in the southern Odesa region.These exchanges continued as the Security Service of Ukraine claimed responsibility for an attack on Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiysk on Friday.
