Philip S. Davidson

Philip S. Davidson is a retired U.S. Navy four-star admiral who commanded the United States Indo-Pacific Command (2018–2021). He previously served as director of maritime operations at U.S. Fleet Forces Command and senior military advisor for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the State Department.
