1987 Nobel Peace Laureate and former President of Costa Rica Óscar Arias told reporters on Tuesday that the U.S. government sent him an email informing him that his B1/B2 visa had been revoked "in accordance with Section 221(i) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act," which allows the secretary of state and consular officials to cancel visas at their discretion.
