Merck and Moderna announced Wednesday that a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine, Intismeran, combined with Merck's immunotherapy Keytruda, met the primary goal of reducing melanoma recurrence and a secondary goal of preventing the cancer from spreading in a Phase 3 trial.
