South Korea's Foreign Ministry said Thursday it will recall Ambassador Park Hee-chang from Ukraine amid a widening dispute with Kyiv. It is Seoul's first recall of an envoy since 2008, when it withdrew its ambassador to Japan over the Dokdo islets.
