Amanda Tyler

Amanda Tyler is the Shannon Cecil Turner Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she specializes in constitutional law, federal courts, civil procedure, and legal history. She co-authored Justice, Justice Thou Shalt Pursue: A Life’s Work Fighting for a More Perfect Union with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and has published extensively on topics including habeas corpus and judicial review in times of emergency.
