Geoffrey A. Manne
Geoffrey A. Manne is an American legal scholar and the president and founder of the International Center for Law & Economics (ICLE), a nonprofit research center based in Portland, Oregon, specializing in antitrust law, technology regulation, and law and economics methodology. He previously served as a law professor at Lewis & Clark Law School and as a legal adviser at the Federal Trade Commission, and has testified before Congress and the European Commission on competition and digital markets policy.
