Ivan Raiklin is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and constitutional lawyer who gained prominence as a Trump ally and election conspiracy theorist. He has promoted claims about the 2020 election being stolen and created lists targeting perceived political enemies. Raiklin served in military intelligence and holds a law degree from George Washington University.
