The sexual assault lawsuit against Prince Andrew was officially dismissed on Tuesday by presiding US District Judge Lewis Kaplan, at the request of both parties.
Last month, the Prince tentatively settled the case filed against him by Virginia Giuffre, who claims he assaulted her on three occassions when she was 17.
