California city passes first gun law requiring annual fees, liability insurance

The San Jose City Council voted Tuesday that gun owners must carry liability insurance and pay an annual fee for the weapons they own.
It will be the first city to make liability insurance a legal requirement of gun ownership.
This is a money grab -- the city is positioned to make nearly $1.3m from these outrageous and unconstitutional policies.
This will incentivize safe gun usage and protect thousands of residents. The fees collected will help fund non-profits supporting victims of gun violence.
