The Spin

Pro-establishment narrative

Germany's historic investment is a further recognition of both the immediate threats posed by hostile actors as well as the increasing importance that space will play in the years to come. As a second space race begins to ignite, Germany and its allies must be prepared to stop the likes of Russia and China from taking advantage of new strategic frontiers before it is too late.

Pro-Russia narrative

Much like the rest of the West's baseless accusations, Germany's paranoia over Russian activity in space is unfounded. As Russian technology sits on the verge of cutting-edge breakthroughs, it is clear that the likes of Berlin seek to promote disparate lies in order to justify further confrontation and hostility towards Moscow and its global allies.
