Israel’s Ben-Gvir Posts Gallows Video as Death Penalty Law Takes Effect
Is the law ethnic extermination targeting Palestinians or a necessary measure to stop convicted terrorists?

A minister preening beside gallows built exclusively for Palestinians is obscenity staged as spectacle — propaganda for extermination. Worse still is the law behind it: a Jim Crow lynching statute engineered to hang Palestinians while shielding Israelis who commit identical crimes. This is not justice or counterterrorism — it's apartheid twisted into rope, and impunity written into statute.
Pro-Israel narrative
Executing convicted terrorist murderers is the only punishment that guarantees they never kill again. Yahya Sinwar got a life sentence, ran terrorist operations from inside prison and masterminded Oct. 7 after being released. Roughly 80% of convicted murderers released in prisoner swaps returned to terrorism, while execution permanently ends recidivism.
