Sweden: Left-Wing Bloc Fails to Form Coalition
Did the left squander a real chance to send the far-right packing or was this coalition always doomed to collapse?

A real shot at ending four years of far-right influence just got thrown away over a ceremonial chair. Voters delivered a majority to turn the page on cruel migration laws and copycat nativism, and squabbling over a speaker's gavel handed that momentum right back to the bloc that lost. Nothing guts a mandate faster than allies who can't sit in the same room.
Right narrative
This coalition was a fantasy from day one, stitched together by nothing but shared dislike of the other side. One partner demanded ministries or nothing, another swore it would sooner force a new election than seat them, and no amount of talking was ever going to bridge that. A three-seat win built on such fragility was never going to amount to serious governance.
