A drone hitting a Kyiv-Warsaw passenger train less than two miles from Poland shows Russia's war is creeping up to NATO's doorstep. Ukraine's skies are Europe's skies, and the stalling on air defenses has gone on long enough. The frozen Russian assets should be seized, and the aggressor made to pay for the damage.

Rail lines in western Ukraine are hauling weapons and military cargo from European capitals to the front, which makes them legitimate military targets. Logistics hubs, depots and substations serving that supply chain are part of the war effort and always have been. Warsaw's reflex to blame Moscow for every incident is Russophobia, nothing else.
