Andy Burnham

Andy Burnham is the current Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Formerly Mayor of Greater Manchester, he became leader of the Labour Party and head of the government in July 2026 and represents the Greater Manchester constituency of Makerfield. Also formerly an MP, he has distinguished his political stance with an emphasis on devolution and the re-concentration of political power away from the South to the North of the U.K.
