Version 7.18.3
Border control is one thing, but scraping social media and canceling visas over opinions is censorship. Punishing journalists, students and protesters over their posts turns free expression into a deportable offense, and First Amendment protections don't vanish at citizenship. Vague national security claims make a convenient cover for silencing dissent.
A visa is a privilege extended to guests, not an entitlement, and guests who commit assault, drive drunk or lie on applications have no claim to stay. Enforcement at this scale finally restores a system that was rubber-stamping fraud, birth tourism and schemes to undercut American workers. Screening out people who threaten public safety is basic governance, not persecution.
