Under an agreement set to be signed Tuesday, the U.S. plans to re-establish the Cold War-era Narsarsuaq base in southern Greenland and create a presence at Mestersvig, an east coast outpost used by Denmark's Sirius Dog Sled Patrol, sources have said.
