An updated Cochrane review of 80 randomized controlled trials involving 29,861 participants found that nicotine e-cigarettes produced higher quit rates than nicotine replacement therapy, with roughly four of every 100 people using nicotine vapes successfully quitting. The results were published Wednesday.
