French President Emmanuel Macron secured commitments Tuesday for 200,000 additional tonnes of diesel a month from the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, the Elysee said. With Saudi supplies, France has pledges of 295,000 tonnes a month, just over 10% of its consumption.
